Overview

PedoPeddlers is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data. The short version: we collect minimal data, we don't sell it, and we don't use third-party ad networks.

Analytics

We use PostHog for anonymous product analytics to understand how visitors use the site. PostHog collects:

  • Page views and navigation patterns (anonymized)
  • Device type and screen size
  • Referrer information
  • Feature usage (e.g., category filters, share buttons)

We configure PostHog to respect Do Not Track (DNT) headers and anonymize IP addresses. Session recording is disabled on donation and checkout pages. No tracking pixels or third-party ad networks are used.

Donations

Donation payments are processed entirely by Stripe. No credit card data is stored on or processed by our servers. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data. We retain your email address (if provided) for sending donation receipts. Email addresses are stored encrypted at rest and retained for 7 years for tax record purposes. You may request deletion at any time (see below).

Merchandise

Merchandise orders are processed via Stripe and fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner. Shipping information you provide is shared only with the fulfillment provider for the purpose of delivering your order.

Cookies

We prefer cookie-less tracking via PostHog. If cookies are used for analytics, they are first-party only and contain no personally identifiable information. No third-party cookies are set.

Your Rights

Under CCPA and GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Request access to any personal data we hold about you
  • Request deletion of your personal data
  • Opt out of analytics tracking (via DNT header or browser settings)
